After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your patient portal. Through this portal, you can complete your patient consents and provide detailed medical history.

If you have medical records from prior fertility testing or treatments, please share them with our office in advance. These records can provide valuable insights into your case.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to minimize waiting times and maintain a safe environment.

We strongly encourage both partners to attend the consultation. Fertility challenges often involve factors related to both individuals, and attending together fosters a collaborative approach. If you are attending alone, bringing a trusted support person is welcome.

Upon arrival, our team will perform basic health checks, including measuring your blood pressure, height, and weight.

To ensure patient availability, we charge a €100 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. This fee is refunded if you reschedule and attend your next appointment.
